The GX120 has arrived...
HEYPAC are pleased to announce the release of a new and additional model to the GX air driven pump range.
The new GX120 ‐ 120:1 ratio ‐ high pressure pump raises maximum pressure capability to in excess of 800 bar
from a 7 bar air supply.
Developed from the highly successful GX (1.5Kw) range of pumps, the GX 120 will be available in all of the current
mounting styles – basic pump, wall/foot mounting bracket, tank mounting flange or fitted to one of the wide
range of reservoirs currently offered.
The GX120 will have NPT ports as standard for both the pneumatic and hydraulic connections.
Initially the available pump seal options will be polyurethane (*PV) for mineral oil use and polyethylene (*SV) for
other compatible fluids.
Images, installation drawings and performance data of the GX120 will shortly be found on the HEYPAC website

Announcing a new addition to the HEYPAC 10litre reservoir range - with effect from 05/01/2011...
Announcing a new addition to the HEYPAC 10litre reservoir range - with effect from 05/01/2011 the HEYPAC 10 litre reservoir range will be available with a tank top return line filter fitted. The reservoir will accept a single GX or KR series air driven pump and utilises the same filter as fitted on the larger 30 litre reservoir assemblies. Suitable for use with mineral oils and offering 10 micron nominal filtration, the filter is sized for use with GX05 thru GX120 pumps and all KR series pumps.

Following a recent surveillance and re-certification visit from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance we are pleased to announce that the HEYPAC quality control system now complies with the latest standard ISO9001:2008. This latest standard supersedes ISO9001:2000 which had been held for many years. This latest certification confirms our commitment to producing a high quality product within a regulated and re-active quality management system. Today HEYPAC launched their new website
The new HEYPAC website www.heypac.com has recently gone live. The new website provides an intuitive format that will allow site visitors to access an even wider range of product information. Developed in partnership with web designers Faith In IT – www.faithinit.net - the new site provides a much wider range of information, covering the HEYPAC range of air driven pumps, hydraulic power packs and accessory products. New features include an easy to use spare parts ordering section, brochure downloads in 6 languages, dimensional drawings and product image downloads, the ability to supply 2 and 3D CAD files in many formats and an easy “contact us” and “send brochure” feature on every page.
